Third Party Assessments

The Third Party Assessment approach employed by Braymark is a combination of defining the standards by which member properties will operate and the ongoing assessment of those properties. This is achieved through hands on work with the Association team and utilizes the Guest Experience Audit tools that are exclusive to our company. In working to maintain these standards, properties will receive scores for their performance and gain the benefit of the Braymark impact on their business in terms of our results oriented approach.

Member Certifications

Member Certifications

For associations that are large and perhaps not as integrally related to the operations of their member properties a member certification process is often employed to ensure that members understand their responsibilities. These certifications are created in a collaborative effort with the association and are executed using the Braymark software system for easy compliance and reporting.

Our flexible reporting module allows for customized report generating using a wide array of user definable parameters. Clients are able to set up their own user network with varying levels of access so that relevant survey data is delivered to key staff immediately. The Dashboard graphs provide an up to the minute snapshot of current standings for all your business segments.
